RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. 

We are unable to accommodate for any name, shipping, or billing changes after an order has been placed. We do not have the ability to combine or split orders, add discount codes, or contact shipping companies to correct shipping addresses.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. Once your shipment is in process, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to display properly online.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Standard Shipping for U.S. shipments usually take 1-2 business days from the date the package is received by the postal carrier. Please refer to your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. The carrier does not provide us with different information than they provide you in regard to your tracking number.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING

Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES + TAXES

Bri Journal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
